“Come little leaves,” said the Wind one day, “Come to the meadows with me and play. Put on your dresses of red and gold; for summer has past, and the days grow cold.”
~ George Cooper
Summer is ending! I’m not gonna fake it, I grow weary of the summer sun rather quickly. I’m not a total vampire, I do enjoy being outside and enjoying warm weather. I love lakes and camping and all that stuff. But seriously there is no better way to sleep then to the sound of pattering rain. Can I get an amen? I’m ready for sweaters…I’m ready for little leaves…I’m ready for rain and the chilly breeze. I didn’t even mean for that to rhyme, but it did! Pretty good!
Anyway this is just a post to bid the summer ado, and express a happy welcome to Fall! To all you summer lovers…sorry but it’s over. And to all you Autumn enjoyer’s, hurrah…our time has come! Pretty sure enjoyer’s is not a word…but oh well.
